PEI Power Corporation has available, from time to time, through FERC Rate Schedule No. 1, energy at negotiated rates. All energy sales are generally at the PJM Peckville Bus, designated as PEI.

In addition, PEI Power Corp may have available from time to time, Class 1 Renewable Energy Certificates (“RECs”). A REC represents the environmental benefits or “green” attributes of one megawatt hour of generation by a renewable fuel source as defined by the Renewable Portfolio Standards of most states. PEI has the appropriate certification to sell Renewable Energy Certificates throughout most of the Mid - Atlantic United States.
